Teams will now be able to require staff to set up a secondary login step using the staff's phone number. Staff will be able to remember their device for 30 days at which point two-factor authentication will again be required.

To set your team up with two-factor authentication, please reach out to support@klara.com to activate.

Once 2FA is activated, each staff member will automatically be asked to enter in their phone number the next time they log in to Klara.

The Klara login screen will ask for your email address and your mobile phone number.

If a staff member has a new phone number, they can update their two-factor authentication by going to their profile and selecting 2FA.
