You and your provider can exchange messages, files, images, and more during the video visit.

To send your provider a message, or read a message sent by your provider, click the messenger button. This will pull up your ongoing conversation with your provider through Klara. Use the message composer to send the provider a message, or click the paperclip icon to take a photo or upload an image or file to send to the provider.

Note: the file size limit that can be shared on Klara can be up to 100mb

Once the visit is over, you can access these messages at any time by accessing your Klara conversation (through the link sent by your provider via text message, or by going to patient.klara.com).
