Every 30 days, you will be asked to verify your date of birth for security purposes.
That's why when you go to access Klara, you may see a screen asking you to verify your date of birth (even if you already did this when you first created your account).
If the date of birth that you enter does not match your healthcare provider's records, your healthcare provider will be notified. They'll update their records and you'll receive a text letting you know that this has been completed.
