Support for providers and patients:
We offer in-app and email support for all support requests from 9-5 EST, on all weekdays excluding holidays. If we are unavailable, please try our Help Center as many common questions and concerns are addressed there.
To access our in-app support, click the chat bubble in the lower right corner of your screen, then click "Send us a message" to start a conversation.
