Support for providers and patients:
We offer in-app and email support for all support requests from 8am to 8pm EST, on all weekdays excluding holidays. If we are unavailable, please try our Help Center as many common questions and concerns are addressed there.
To access our in-app support, click the chat bubble in the lower right corner of your screen, then click "Send us a message" to start a conversation.
