Message templates within Klara save you time. To avoid having to repeatedly type or copy and paste your most frequently sent messages, you can create templates for all sorts of administrative and medical topics.

Any user can access and send your templates from the bottom left corner of the message composer. 

 
Message templates can also be sent to the patient, or as internal notes.

Team Administrators can add, edit, and delete your team's templates within the team settings page (see here for more) Remember that templates are team-specific, so edits from your account will affect the list of templates for your whole team.
