Insights is changing — for the better. Starting on August 30, 2019, the ‘Insights’ section of Klara will no longer be available, but instead we’ll be offering much more detailed and informative reports via email to help you manage your practice on Klara. 

If you were a regular user of Insights, you should have received an email with more information about this change, and how to manage your weekly reports. Can't find the email? Contact us at support@klara.com. 

If you were not regularly using Insights and did not receive an email from us about this change, but you're interested in getting these reports emailed to you, please contact us at support@klara.com. 

How to update Klara Team Members to receive Insights Reports:

  1. Team Settings > Reports 

2. Reports > Manage Member Subscription
** Only Admin members will have access to Team Settings**
