Unfortunately, the option to privately message your patient isn't a feature built into Klara. We pride ourselves with our transparency!
Once a patient has sent a message, it will appear in Unassigned, until it has found a home and re-assigned to the appropriate user
However, if the patient has addressed their message to a specific doctor, it would be the responsibility of the Front Desk staff to direct the message to the appropriate party.
