We designed Klara for easy collaboration - everyone in your practice may have an account, from doctors, nurses, and front desk staff, to billers, pharmacists, MAs, and PAs - and everyone has access to the same conversations when they log in.
Once you've gotten patients into Klara, you can message them, and manage their conversations alongside your teammates. Using Assignments, you click on the user or list name in the top right corner, to assign the conversation to another staff member:
Each patient with a pending request should be assigned to the appropriate person in your office. This will ensure that the user will be notified about the patient's response.
To add or remove any staff members or lists from your team, you can click the button below!
