There are no overly stringent requirements for passwords on Klara. When setting your password for the first time, simply make sure that your password matches your confirmation password.

Each email address associated with a Klara account should only be used by one individual. Never share your password with any other individual, regardless of whether you work in the same organization.
If you need to change the email address associated with your account, please write to us from the bubble to the bottom right of this page. For security purposes, you will have to verify your identity with a member of the Klara support team.
